Breakfast
If you do not wish to have all the quick processed food for breakfast and at the same time do not have the time in the morning to cook a good meal, there are a few tips I could share here.
- Prepare the ingredients and keep them in tight containers in the fridge the night before to cut down preparation time.
- For cooking that requires longer time, use the croak pot or slow cooker and timer to start cooking the night before.
- Use the Timer to program your rice cooker, croak pot or slow cooker or any type of cooking that does not contain meat, usually rice or beans.
